Villa Sapparos offers privacy and luxury in a first class secure family-friendly haven. The Villa is located in Samui Summit Estate, within easy reach to Choeng Moen beach (15 min stroll) in the sought-after north-eastern part of Samui.
Villa Sapparos comprises three separate buildings, plus a lounging thatched Sala, a total living area of around 450 square meters, including a 40 square metre swimming pool (with a built in children’s area) set in 800 square meters lush tropical landscaped garden.

Cool open plan interiors
The shared spaces provide the perfect setting for you to spend time with your loved ones. The first pavilion houses a modern western-style kitchen and an airy open plan living and dining area with ceilings fans, to provide guests with a light and cool atmosphere. There is also air conditioning in the living / dining area.
Entertainment in abundance
The villa is Balinese influenced, featuring a lot of natural wood, terracotta tiles and shaded and open spaces. It features a large thatched Sala pavilion providing a peaceful relaxing environment. Multi-channel satellite TV, DVD/CD players and free Wi Fi broadband internet are all provided in the villa. There is also a tennis court at the Estate which is free to all guests, tennis rackets and balls are available at the Estate office for a small fee.
Indoor and alfresco dining
The living and dining areas are right next to the separate fully equipped fitted kitchen. The large covered terrace has an outside dining table for al fresco dining right by the shallow end of the swimming pool making it ideal for the small ones to play safely whilst the adults eat and relax. It is also ideal for evening meals on Samui’s tropical balmy evenings. If you don’t fancy cooking, a personal chef is available at an additional charge.
Swim, sunbathe and chill
The 10m x 4m private swimming pool has a sandstone sunbathing decks equipped with sun-loungers and umbrellas. It is the central focus of the villa and is fringed with lush flowers and tropical foliage, making it a truly picturesque place to kick back and relax.
Luxurious and comfortable bedrooms
Set in three separate buildings, the Villa Sapparos has four double en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and both an indoor bathroom and a private outside shower for nature lovers.
The queen and twin bedrooms (refurbished in late 2015), have interconnecting doors, ideal for families with young children, who want peace of mind as well as their own privacy. The doors can be locked, to ensure complete privacy to guests in either room who do not need this facility.
The fourth bedroom (also refurbished in late 2015) is self-contained whilst being an integral part of the villa. It has its own front door (at the front of the villa) and a rear door that leads into the villa itself straight to the garden and swimming pool deck. It has a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and space for additional beds or cots. This room is great for families with teenagers or grandparents who want their own space whilst still being part of the group.
Diverse local activities
Should you want to venture out, beautiful Choeng Moen Beach is only a short walk away, and the Estate is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. It is also a similar distance from picturesque Fisherman’s Village with its various restaurants and bustling area of Chaweng Beach with its famous night life is the same distance in the other direction.
Staff and services
Villa Sapparos is serviced daily by our team of maids and can, on request, provide private catering, in villa massage services and an array of other services to our guests. The management office is next to the Plantation Villas to service your every need. Villa Sapparos has covered parking for two cars.
Security and safety
In this ever changing world sadly security has become foremost in many people’s minds.
At Samui Summit Estate, where Villa Sapparos is located, we provide 24 hour security. The Estate is controlled via an electronic barrier and there are two security guards at night and one during the day.
The Estate has CCTV and monitors all traffic in and out.
Villa Sapparos is located in the sought after North East part of Koh Samui, on the private gated and secure Samui Summit Estate. Beautiful Choeng Mon Beach is only a short walk away and the better known Chaweng beach, with its shops and nightlife and Bophut Fisherman’s Village, with its vibrant restaurants and bars, are only a few minutes drive away.
Choeng Mon has for some time been recognised as the premier area of the island with tourist, residents and investors alike.

Refundable security deposit (where paid to the owner) is always made in the second payment.
Balance is receivable 30 days prior to arrival or 45 days in the case of peak season.
Rates are per night and include all taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated on the villa details/amenities information.
Refundable security deposit of between 10% and 20% of the total rental is due at the time of the balance payment for most villas or some villas request a fixed amount.
Some villas allow for this to be bought in cash and refunded on departure subject to any deductions.

Credit card admin fees are non refundable.
75% if 35 days or more prior to check in.
50% if between 25 – 35 days prior to check in.

For any booking less than 5 nights stay for low and high season if any changes are made after the confirmation is issued there is an admin fee of usd50 per change.
For peak periods the stay period applicable is 10 nights.

All Last Minute rates are heavily discounted off the standard villa seasonal rental rate.
Last Minute prices are only bookable not more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Last Minute prices are only valid for stays during the advertised rates.
Last Minute rates include all taxes and service charges.

If any period of your stay is outside of the Last Minute rates then the normal rate will apply.
Last Minute confirmations are payable in full within 3 days of confirmation (or proof of payment should be sent).
If no proof of payment or payments are not received within 72 hours (Thai time) from the date and time shown on your confirmation e mail then the booking is automatically cancelled without any prior notification.
As Last Minute rates are already heavily discounted no further discounts are available.
Last Minute rates may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
Last Minute offers once paid are non refundable and may not be cancelled so please ensure you have full travel insurance to cover this possible situation.
All villa facilities are as shown on the villa details.
In the extremely rare case of cancellation by the villa owner then all monies paid are fully refundable with all bank charges to the owners cost.
In this case IWP Ltd will do everything in their power to find the guest an equally suitable villa at equal or lesser cost but IWP Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses or extra charges incurred in this unlikely situation.
Guests are responsible for payment of any damages incurred even if they are in excess of the refundable security deposit, telephone calls, any food and drink not included in their package and any other items not specified or included in their package at the time of booking or that may be subsequently amended.
Any cars provided are without fuel which is at the renters cost.
These costs or charges may be deducted from your security deposit or from your credit card imprint (in the case of a few villas) after agreement with the villa manager.
Some terms and conditions may vary depending on the period booked.
These will be notified to you prior to any deposit being paid if there are any changes from those advised on this web site.
E mail communications are deemed as being accepted in your final agreement to the terms and conditions and maybe used in the case of any dispute that may arise.
I confirm that I have read, understand and agree that the Terms and Conditions as shown in the link at the bottom of each main page form a part of the rental agreement and contract. Furthermore I confirm that I will arrange holiday, accident, travel and personal liability insurance which in the event of my inability to travel and/or complete the agreement within the time period required due to any reason which could result in the loss of any deposits and payments, will allow me to claim said deposits/payments from the said insurance agent/company and will not hold any agent/owner or management company responsible for their repayment in this case provided that said deposits and/or payments are not refundable under the Rental terms of the villa and that said insurance will also give the members of the group cover for any and all incidents and/or liabilities, personal or otherwise, whilst staying at the rented property or being outside of the property.
Payments are usually requested by Bank to Bank transfers direct either to the property owners or managers. Payment procedure will be advised to you on your confirmation e mail. Please ensure your bank transfers the exact total shown on your invoice without deduction of any fees which are the responsibility of the client. The total as shown on your confirmation is the total to be received by our/owners/managers bank without any further deductions for charges of any type. Please instruct your bank that ALL charges are to senders account. In the case of repayment of a refundable security deposit from the either us/owner/manager the same will be applied.
Any shortage on payments will be deducted from your refundable security deposit.
